Short Term Rentals for Your Orlando Vacation VillaYour Vacation home will be listed on our website www.ppmflorida.com . Assistance will be given to you in order for you to maximize the number of bookings that you secure for your own home. A real time availability calendar will also be made available for your Orlando Vacation Villa, to ensure that the most accurate availability is shown to potential guests. Bookings will not be obtained by wholesalers or tour operators. Monthly Management This service includes the day to day management of your home, liasing with outside contractors to ensure that everything that needs to get done is done. Also included is the advertisement of your home by us, we will advertise your home on multiple websites, including this one, to try and gain as many bookings as possible for you. Also included in this service is the administrative side of the business, such as making sure that your home always up to code, all necessary logs and safety requirements are done, and relevant licenses are displayed in the home. We are also on 24hr callout to deal with any emergencies that may arise during your guests stay. Monthly Pool Service This service includes cleaning and chemical balancing your pool on a weekly basis. The entire outside area of your home is covered within this service, pool decks are washed and cleaned, the pool cage is wiped down each week and hot-tubs are cleaned and chemically balanced once a week (where applicable) Monthly Landscaping Service Our landscaping service provides 40 cuts per year (more cuts are needed per month in the summer months compared with winter months). Also included are edging, trimming, blowing and strimming of the lawns, bushes, trees and shrubs. Many new developments include the landscaping of the homes with the Homeowner dues, in this case, our monthly landscaping service would not be needed. Pest Prevention
Florida is notorious for its pests, and this service is carried out quarterly in order to avoid any disruption to your guests, termite inspection and prevention is carried out separately, and on an annual basis.
