The Presidential is a large spacious home offering everything to make your vacation one to remember. Located in the gates community of Emerald Island Resort. The resort offers a community pool, tennis courts, nature walk and Tiki Bar , where you can go to eat, drink and meet others staying in the resort.There is also a fitness room to work off those all-u-can buffets!The club house is 4000 suare feet and offers high speed internet access. The Presidential is less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned and spacious Orlando vacation home is perfect for large family groups, sleeping up to 13 guests.

The Presidential has a large family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a large screen TV, VCR, DVD player and sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love. If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in the separate lounge, with sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables, together with lamps and Tv.
The pool area is large and offers a bubbling spa to relax in after a long day at the Theme Parks. There is an oversized pool and plenty of patio furniture to chill out on the hot sunny days. There is a covered lanai area and safety fence to give you peace of mind when the littleones are outside. There are also alarms on the doors to the pool area which are provided for the safety of our guests.

To give the family something else to do indoors...there's a full-size pool table available to guests in the garage.

Sleeping accommodation at The Presidential is worthy of any Head of State! Three separate master bedrooms each provide the ultimate in luxurious comfort, with sleep-soft king-size beds, stunning dressers, armoires and night-stands, with 19 or 27-inch cable TVs with VCR and DVDs, plus telephone, clock radios and closet space for each. Each master bedroom also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and private toilets.

Three further bedrooms offer the perfect night-time dreams for the children, or the young at heart. Two themed twin bedrooms each provide 2 twin beds, night stands, dressers and closet space, plus an adjacent bathroom. Let them choose to play with either the Sony PlayStation II™ or Nintendo Cube for play-time. The third bedroom can be used by the kids (and they'll love it!), or as extra adult bedroom, with a pyramid bunk bed with full-size bed on the base, and a twin on top, plus a nearby family bathroom.

The European-style kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area that seats 6 guests, or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the lanai so that you can sip your OJ while looking out at the rising sun.

There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.


Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans are not permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the Property, or in the Emerald Island resort.
