Executive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom privately owned villa with south facing pool within the Westridge area of Orlando. We are just minutes from Kissimmee along Highway US27 between Highway US192 & Interstate 4. All highways are within an easy 5 -10 minutes drive.

St Petersburg & Clearwater are both an easy drive of only just about 1 hour due to our convenient location on US 27.

The villa is fully furnished & well equipped with all of the requirements for a comfortable holiday. As this is our Florida home you will find a few home touches here & there to add to the enjoyment of your holiday.

The pool is ample size for a swim and is fully screened. There is a patio table & chairs & plenty of pool furniture to make the most of the Florida sunshine. To enjoy the warm Florida evenings there is external lighting in the pool & deck area.

In addition The villa is fully air-conditioned-essential in Florida which is supplemented by a ceiling fan in the living area. There is an automatic washing machine & tumble dryer provided so that you can take fewer clothes & leave plenty of space in your suitcases for those visits to the Florida shopping malls.

The property also has Internet Access installed. Use your own portable computer to access the Internet so you won't miss those important emails while you're away.

All bed linen, including nursery, towels & pool towels are provided, there is also an ironing board, iron & plenty of hangers. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.

There is also a games room, with Pool Table, Table Football and an Air Hockey game, located in the garage area.
